Project #1
Web Design, Branding, and Logo
Rudely Stamp’d Historical Impressions
This project features the rebrand I did for the theatre group Rudely Stamp’d Historical Impressions. Originally, the group’s main source of outreach was through a blog that had been enmeshed with other projects and organizations, so the rebranding required a new brand story, logo, website, blog, and social platforms. Here’s a blog post about the rebrand from the Rudely Stamp’d website.
Since rebranding, I have continued to post on the Rudely Stamp’d Facebook and Instagram pages whenever the group has events or news to share. I also worked on a PR campaign to advertise the return of the group’s original play with a new actor playing one of the major roles.

Project #2
Book Design Services
Savas Beatie
This project features some examples of book layouts I designed for the publishing company Savas Beatie, which specializes in publishing books about American History. The books I designed were all part of the Emerging Civil War Series. As a freelancer on the design team for Savas Beatie, my role is to layout images and text using Adobe InDesign and work in collaboration with the editor, production supervisor, copyeditor, proofreader, and author(s) to finalize the book for print.
Here are a few of the titles that I designed:

*Note that I designed the interior text and image layout for these titles, not the book covers!
Project #3
Web Design, Logo, and Social Media Campaign
Bellefonte Historical and Cultural Association
For this project, I was asked by the Bellefonte Historical and Cultural Association to lead a social media campaign for their upcoming Civil War Weekend. The Weekend is designed to drive tourism to Bellefonte, PA using a series of Civil War themed events to attract both locals and folks from out of town. The event includes both ticketed and non-ticketed events, including a lecture series and catered dinner, a Civil War encampment for re-enactors, vendors, and suttlers, and both indoor and outdoor speaking events throughout the Weekend.
My role has been to design a basic website to house information about the event and the event schedule, as well as to launch a Facebook event and create and post social media content on Facebook and Instagram on behalf of the organization leading up to and during the event. I will also be working alongside a marketing and design team to perform an SEO audit and outreach to target communities via digital marketing.
